Last night my wife and I (both long time MD fans) saw You Am I in Perth, much to our surprise during the middle of the show Tim Rogers said they would be playing a song for a close and dear friend. As soon as I heard the feedback start, I looked at my wife and we both couldn't believe they were playing Ice. Being in Perth and not being able to see any of the recent MD shows, this was as good as we could see. I'm sorry to say I didn't record it, I was just in shock to hear it being played - it caught us both of guard and was really emotional to hear. They did the song justice and played from the heart. It was nice to look around and see a few smiling faces singing along too. If you can, catch You Am I on the rest of their tour as Im sure they'll continue playing it, if you do see it (and record it) I'd love to hear it again. nondisclosed_email@example.com (sunky)Sat, 31 Oct 2009 11:06:13 +0000
